To make a homemade ham and cheese cocktail salad, take the ingredients listed. It is clear that the composition can easily be changed according to the season, your taste, focusing on the preferences of your guests.

My recipe has white cabbage, but early (or young). She has thin and delicate leaves. If you replace it with a green salad, Chinese cabbage - there will be volume and the appetizer will turn out to be more juicy, fresh.

Cheese is suitable for both brine, soft curd, and hard, semi-hard and mature varieties. Sometimes include pickles, pickled capers, cucumbers, olives.

Shred a fragment of clean young cabbage into thin strips. You can use a special grater or chop with a knife.

We lower the cabbage to the bottom of the glasses first. Add a few drops of mayonnaise or other similar on top sauce. When we salt and pepper - decide for yourself.
