Ingredients: flour, water, vegetable oil, salt, sauerkraut, onion, ground black pepper, chopped dill, vegetable oil for frying, egg

Cooking method:

Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt. Water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Cover with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Fry the onion and carrot in a pan with vegetable oil. Add cabbage and fry together with onions and carrots. Then pour in some water and simmer until tender.

Add dill to cooked cabbage. Cool down.

When the dough has rested and the cabbage has cooled. Let's start making pies. Divide the dough into equal pieces. I got 13 pcs.

Roll each piece into a very thin rectangle.

Put the cabbage on the edge of the donut and wrap it in a roll.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with egg.

Send to the oven for baking for 25 minutes.
