Corrida salad. The other day I was at a corporate party dedicated to the New Year, and there I tasted this delicious salad. Serving was portioned on a plate with a ring. I really liked it, and I decided to include it in my menu for the new year.

Recipe:
Tomatoes -300g
Crab sticks -200g
Corn -200g
Processed cheese - 100g
For croutons:
Baton -4 slices
Olive oil -2-3 tbsp
Garlic - 2 teeth
For mayonnaise:
Vegetable oil -150ml
Egg -1pc
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Sugar -1 / 3 tsp.
Mustard "Haas" Bavarian -1 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Garlic -2-3tooth
COOKING METHOD
And so we proceed. Fresh tomatoes weighing 300 grams should be cut into cubes, it is important that the tomatoes are not too juicy. we remove the seed box and put it in a colander, let the juice drain out, we do all this so that later our finished salad does not drip.
Cut crab sticks 200 grams into strips, prepare croutons, cut a couple of loaf slices into cubes and dry until light golden in the oven or fry in a pan. Now add olive oil, garlic, dried herbs, you can add any other spices to taste. We mix everything. On request, you can buy ready-made crackers.
We will fill with mayonnaise, I do it at home, pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg, so so that the yolk is whole, lower the blender so that the yolk is under the blender and beat until thickened, seconds 30.
Now add half a tsp. salt, sugar 1/3 tsp. 1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and once again we punch everything with a blender.
Add 2-3 cloves of garlic passed through a press to the finished mayonnaise. If you use ready-made mayonnaise, do not forget to add garlic to it.
We collect the salad.
Put tomatoes in the first layer, lightly grease with mayonnaise with garlic, with the second layer put crab sticks, grease with mayonnaise with garlic.
Put 200 grams of canned corn in the third layer.
We take processed cheese such as friendship or other processed cheese weighing 100 grams and rub it on a fine grater.
Place the cheese in the fourth layer.
Put croutons on top.
We remove the ring, decorate with dill and serve.
Delicious and nothing complicated.
