But if you ever eat more than necessary, the supply of such would be too much. And will have to get rid of them for the benefit of our health and active life.

Generally always surprises me when women begin to lament and complain that it is not time to cook. A cook for another and for themselves alone - it's all a fantasy for them.
Yes, now I can allocate my time and I feel much more comfortable to engage in cooking and cook a lot of different dishes, because they do not spend time on the way to work and back, as well as any time off since I use convenient.
And I could cook even less if it had not tried to bring to you new recipes and combinations of food would not be devoting time blog. In general, if not a blog, I would be a lot of free vremeni😂.

For lunch I had the soup of canned salmon with potatoes (400 g) and 30 g of homemade bread, fresh fragrant, only recently out of the oven.
Lunch turned on 185 kcal.
The ate 15 g of peanuts a day - 80 kcal.
For dinner, I sent the fish baked in the oven, pre-marinate it and put out the frozen vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower) Last time right here would be desirable such vegetables. Although previously hated broccoli.
