Ingredients:
Round rice - 1.5 cups
Cucumber - 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Nori - 5 pcs.
Rice vinegar - 4 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Preparation:
1. Prepare foods on the list. Rice groats can be taken from the "Camolino" variety, this is a high-quality round rice that is well suited for cooking Japanese food.

6. Season the finished rice with a mixture of vinegar, salt and sugar (prepared dressing), mix everything thoroughly, cool to room temperature.
7. On a bamboo mat, covered with cling film, put a nori sheet, on which we spread a thin layer of boiled seasoned rice. If this is difficult, continually moisten your hands and spoon in water. Leave 2 centimeters of nori free on the opposite side. Put the cucumber in the middle. The most delicious, healthy and popular vegan roll is with cucumber and bell pepper. Therefore, in other sushi we wrap the cucumber along with the pepper.
8. Use a mat to roll the nori with rice and vegetables into a roll. Moisten the free edge of the algae with water, so the roll will stick together faster.
