I have not used the usual method of boiling eggs for a long time! Everyone with whom she shared, also "boil" eggs now only in this way! Try it if you didn't know about this method.
The method was "discovered" by accident. One evening, December 31st, our electricity was cut off 😱
And my salads are not even ready! I just put a saucepan on the stove, laid the eggs in them, as soon as they boiled - and that's it... Darkness... And we have no gas. Everything is electric ...
This is how a new way of making boiled eggs appeared!
It's simple. I put a pot of water on the fire, put eggs in it. Eggs are well washed beforehand (with soda)!
I bring it to a boil (better under the lid) and immediately turn off the heat! If the water boils without a lid, cover the pot.
All. It remains to wait a bit.
It depends on which eggs you need:
Soft boiled - leave for 3 minutes
Into the "bag" - for 6 minutes
Hard boiled - 8-9 minutes
I take the eggs out of the boiling water and refrigerate as usual. You can even leave it until it cools down - it will not be overcooked
What advantages have I noticed:
• Never burst!
• A dark rim never appears around the yolk!
• Protein is much softer!
• Plus saving gas or electricity (which is important in our time)!
Write, have you tried this method of boiling eggs? How do you like it?
I would be grateful for your feedback in the comments!
