Beets - 300 g

Hard goat cheese - 100 g

Pine nuts - 20 g

Capers - 20 g

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Balsamic cream - 1 tsp

Parsley - a couple of twigs

How to cook:

Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. The cooking time for the salad is given on the basis that you boil the beets or cook them in any other way in advance, because (apart from cooking it in the microwave) it is cooked or baked in the oven for about hours.

Take small roots, so the finished dish will look more attractive.

So, pre-boil the beets or bake in foil, cool. Wash and dry the parsley.

In a small cast iron skillet, lightly brown the pine nuts until a delicious nutty flavor emerges. Remove from the pan and cool.
