Minced meat - 400 g

Champignons - 150 g

Onions - 50 g

Carrots - 70 g

Hard cheese - 100 g

Dill - a few twigs

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Fresh puff pastry - 300 g

To make minced puff pastry pie, you need the foods listed. It is better to take the dough fresh, without yeast. Minced meat will do any, your favorite - mixed pork and beef, chicken or turkey.

The dough, of course, must be defrosted in advance.

Heat some lean refined oil in a frying pan, put onion chopped into small cubes and carrots grated on a coarse grater. Fry them until lightly golden brown.
