I've cooked different dishes a hundred times pizza (with my yeast dough, with purchased dough, with aspic, with oatmeal / buckwheat flake dough, with zucchini / potato dough, but I don't stop doing my culinary experiments! π€·ββοΈ
Therefore, today there will be a pizza-pie, a pizza-shell, a closed pizza or a parody of pizzaπ€¦ββοΈ You can call it whatever you like, as long as it is tasty π€€
What you need:
* dough - 1/2 pack
* sausages - 4 pieces
* pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
* tomato sauce / adjika - 50 gr
* cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pieces
* hard cheese - 50 gr
* egg (to grease the dough) - you can do it without it
π
While the dough is thawing cut sausages on rings (1-2 cm).
Cucumbers in slices, tomatoes in slices. Cheese rub on a coarse grater π
Then the dough is thin roll out rectangle and divide into two halves π
Lubricate dough sauce (I have it from my cucumbers), lay out sausages π
Between the pieces of sausages invest cucumbers π
Tomatoes can either be nested with cucumbers between pieces of sausage, or put on the side, like me. From above sprinkle grated cheese π
We fasten these "sausages", as in the photo π
AND turn off in a shell on a greased baking dish (I have a frying pan). Slightly pressto align π
Lubricate beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds π
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees - 30 minutes (but then level with your oven) π
β Sectional we get very juicy beauty and deliciousness β
Bon Appetit! π΄
