Lamb with potatoes and spices: a great dinner

Delicious and satisfying! You can replace the lamb on the turkey, chicken, pork or veal. Still get a very tasty dish with Asian and Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients:

0.8-1 kg of meat (take what is there, but with lamb interesting)
1 kg potato
2 carrots
head of garlic
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 hour. l. dry
olive oil or other vegetable oil marinade
3 tbsp. l. soy sauce

1 tbsp. l. mixtures of spices (pepper, basil, oregano, curry or turmeric)

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:


1. Meat prepared in advance. It should be a good wash and dry.
You can bake a whole piece or cut into portions.

2. Garlic clean. 5 cloves cut plastics and throw in a separate bowl.
Add seasonings and spices, soy sauce, vegetable oil or olive oil 3 tbsp and mix everything.

3. Pour meat spicy marinade and leave to marinate overnight. It can be less, but at least 1,5-2 hours.

4. Potatoes Wash and clean. Tubers are cut into 4-6 pieces.

5. Carrot Wash, scrape with a knife or brush. Then cut into slices of 1.5-2 cm.



6. Fold vegetables in a bowl, add the remaining garlic passed through the press, vegetable or olive oil and your favorite spices, salt and pepper and mix.
Vegetables should be covered with a spicy marinade.

Leave on for 15 minutes to impregnate.

7. On the bottom of a deep mold for baking lay a sheet of foil, with a margin to the edge wrap.

8. Put in the center forms the meat with the marinade. Around the lamb put vegetables.

9. Lift the edges of the foil and cover their meat with potatoes, so they were wrapped in it.

10. Put the form in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake until cooked meat and vegetables. Lamb have to bake for about 2 hours.

Chicken and pork tenderloin forswear much less.

Therefore, an hour is necessary to lift the foil and the willingness to try the dish.
