Ingredients:
Tilapia - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Onions - 40 g
Lard - 20 g
Tomato - 30 g
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Lean oil - 1 tsp
Dill - a couple of twigs
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
How to cook:
Prepare all the food you need. Peel potatoes and onions, wash together with dill and tomatoes under running water, dry.
All housewives know well that the cooking time for fish and potatoes is completely different, and if their put it in the oven at the same time, then the first will be cooked in 20 minutes, and the second will remain absolutely raw. Therefore, put a saucepan with lightly salted water on the stove and boil the potato tubers until half cooked.
At this time, while cleaning the carcass from scales and entrails, be sure to remove the gills. Peel the fish very carefully, because the spines on its back are very large and sharp, like those of a perch.
Season the tilapia with salt, inside and outside, pepper and lemon juice. Place a few sprigs of fresh dill inside the belly for aroma and taste.
Place half the chopped onion and a couple of slices of bacon on the bottom of the baking dish.
Cut the semi-finished potatoes into thin slices and place in the next layer in a mold. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped onions and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the remaining bacon into thin slices and spread over the entire surface of the potatoes.
Then put a few thin slices of tomatoes, and on them - seasoned fish. The tilapia skin should be lightly greased with vegetable oil. Place the dish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake the dish for about 30 minutes on top and bottom heating.
After a while, remove the container from the oven, pierce the potatoes with a knife. If it is ready, then the dish can be served.
