Recipe Fried hake with rice, onions and tomatoes
Ingredients:

Vegetable broth - 150 ml
Hake fillet - 300 g
Cherry tomatoes - 10-12 pcs.
Parsley - 0.5 beam
Grainy mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream (15% fat) - 100 g
Sugar - 1 hour. l.
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Preparation:
Pre-soaked rice is 15-20 minutes in cold water. Thereafter, the water is drained and cook in boiling salted water for 40 minutes. Proportions of rice to water - 1: 3.

Over medium heat, warm up the pan with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. We spread the pan leeks and fried for 2 minutes.
Then pour the pan vegetable broth, bring to the boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
