You have a lot of general questions about losing weight, especially from those who recently came to visit me and drop in occasionally. Today I decided to give a thesis answer to the most frequent of them.

1. Was there a sport.

  • 80% of success is nutrition, not sports. If there is, as always, hope for a gym, then perhaps the weight will go away, but very badly. Only if your physical activity creates a calorie deficit for you will you lose weight. But for this you just have to live in the gym, if you eat 2000 calories or more. As practice shows, people who need to lose weight eat much more than 2000 kcal.

I had and still have physical education, not sports. Walking is a must. Walking in the fresh air is the best thing that can be for losing weight with a lot of weight. In addition, strength exercises (at least with your own weight) are necessary to have an elastic body. I do various swings, squats, abdominal exercises. The plank is a great exercise for toning the whole body, but with a lot of weight it is better not to do it and start gradually.

Only after losing weight, I matured for a home ellipsoid trainer, but that's another story, it's more about the quality of the body, and not about losing weight.

2. Is it necessary to count calories and weigh food or is it possible "by eye".

If you count, as you speak by eye, then you are unlikely to be able to control your nutrition, and it is the control of nutrition that is important.

Calorie counting is good because you can eat tasty and satisfying. But you always want to eat more tasty treats, right?

At the beginning of the journey, I tried to determine the weight of products and dishes by eye, but having bought the scales I realized how much I was wrong in my calculations. And if, with a large weight, mistakes are not so critical, the weight will go away slowly, then if necessary, lose weight at 5-10 kg, problems will already arise, the weight may rise, since +/- 100 kcal will already play a significant role.

And if you do not clearly control how much and what you ate, then those sweets that you want to eat more will go into your mouth uncontrollably, translating the calorie deficit into their surplus.

3. And a sore question. Leather.

Questions about the skin come in different varieties.

In short: the younger, the better the skin tightens itself. Yes, it takes time. Losing weight, you will not get perfect, elastic and tight skin. At least my skin regeneration process is slower than the process of losing weight. But he's coming!

And now, when I am resting for the second month from a deficiency, raising calorie intake, and the weight stands still, I see how my skin condition improves. She does not hang below the knees, as some believe. It does not hang in any way, but it is simply noticeable that in some places there is more skin than necessary.

It is better to be slim and healthy (and excess weight takes health away) with imperfect skin than a bun with a bunch of sores, but skin stretched like a drum.

Don't forget to help the skin. As an aid, you can use (even at home) wraps, scrubs, a contrast shower, self-massage, masks with blue clay, vacuum massage (jars), moisturizers with added vitamins A and E.

I did not do any operations to remove the supposedly extra skin!

4. I did not drink or drink any diet pills, I did not reduce my stomach by surgery. Nutritional control and calorie counting do the trick.

If you sit on your butt straight, you will never achieve anything.

For breakfast I decided to eat a slice of meat pie in pita bread. He is so nourishing that for a long time the feeling of satiety persisted.

I ate 220 g of meat pie and drank coffee with 100 ml of 2.5% milk.

It turned out breakfast for 420 kcal.

I noticed that I began to drink coffee often. Well, how often, about once a week. But this is a force majeure for me, when I don't want to mess around with brewing green tea. This is how I became a lazy person. Well, every time after coffee, my stomach doesn't say thank you, on the contrary, it swears at me.

Or maybe the weather influenced me in general. Today I slept terribly, woke up only half past seven in the morning (not in the evening of course). She looked out the window, and there was snow! What a horror! The end of May that year was quite different, warm.

You know, there is such a thing in VK - memories, they show photos that were published on this day a year ago. So, today a photo popped up in my memories (the first in the collage below), this evening we walked on May 21, a year ago and my husband took a picture of me - I'm in a T-shirt!!! And today it's time to put on a fur coatπŸ˜‚.

Today, literally in 15 minutes, I prepared such a delicious treat for us who are losing weight for tea that I would rather like to share the recipe with you. I think I can at least mount a video recipe on YouTube, I know there are those among you who look at recipes there, especially since they appear there first of all for me.

Snack - green tea with jasmine and cottage cheese sweets (100 g) - 185 kcal.

Let me remind you that on the menu, I always round off calories according to the rules of mathematics.

The only disadvantage of sweets for me personally is that I want to put it in my mouth entirely and enjoy it, but the stitches imposed by the dentist do not allow me to do this. Rather, it would be Saturday and they will remove these hateful stitches and some other gizmo with which I have been tormented for almost a week.

Yesterday I cooked a huge pot of sorrel cabbage soup and for lunch I have them.

A plate of sorrel cabbage soup (450 g) with 30 g of sour cream (while I have 20% sour cream, I can't buy another) and 30 g of Ukrainian bread.

Lunch went out on 230 kcal.

After such a low-calorie lunch, you can drink dried mango tea.

Mango (50 g) - 125 kcal.

I took tea, mango, for convenience cut the mango into small pieces and to work, in my favorite chair.

Dinner - 250 g of buckwheat with vegetables and chicken breast, which I cooked a couple of days ago. He warmed up and ate. And I wanted a very pickled cucumber - I literally had 30 g of them.

Dinner 370 kcal.

In total, I got 1330 kcal.

Having added dinner to the calorie counter in the evening, I realized that I have 70-100 kcal free. Today, according to the plan, I have a turpentine bath, and after that it is recommended to warm and hot tea. For tea after the procedure, I measured myself a sausage cheese on 70 kcal.

And the end of the day - 1400 kcal.

Do not forget to observe the drinking regime.

I finished the second bottle of turpentine elixir today. There is one more bottle left and I will finish the bath course.

Not so long ago I said that I still do not see the result of turpentine baths. But yesterday I carefully examined the problem areas and pestered all of mine with the question - has it become better. I myself saw that the skin looks much better in problem areas (this is the inner surface of the thigh) and mine confirmed this. The weight is worth it and, apparently, this made it possible to see the effect of the whole complex of skin care that I spend at home. It's not in vain!
