A large portion of salad with crackers and chicken will satisfy, extinguish hunger for a long time and completely replace lunch. It can be served as a cocktail salad, arranged in transparent portioned containers, like a snack.
If you wish, make bread croutons yourself - dry them in a pan or in the oven with your favorite spices / herbs. It is easier to use purchased ones: one to one in size, salty, aromatic and airy. Moreover, the choice in supermarkets is great: rye, corn, wheat - at your discretion.

Chicken fillet - 350 g
Croutons - 80 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 50 g
Mayonnaise - 50 g
Lettuce salad - 50 g
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To make a salad with croutons and chicken at home, take the foods on the list. Sometimes it is prepared with smoked chicken breast, but I propose to reduce the rich taste (crackers are seasoned by themselves) - boil it, leave the fillet more tender, lean and neutral.
I will clarify about the cucumbers. I recommend pickled or canned, but not pickled, salted / barrel - the former give crunch, sharpness, pungency and freshness, the latter after a while let the smell of fermentation.
Cut the clean chicken fillet into cubes of approximately the same size: about 1.5 cm on the side. If necessary, first remove the fat layers and film. At the same time, wash and lay lettuce leaves on a towel, dry.
Dip the chicken pieces into salted boiling water. You can throw peppercorns, bay leaves, roots - in no particular order.
Boil again, reduce heat and cook the bird under the lid for 15-20 minutes. Catch with a slotted spoon and cool.
Simultaneously boil a hard-boiled egg (8 minutes). After peeling, chop into cubes - we divide pickled cucumbers with the same caliber.
Add bread croutons, juicy boiled chicken, mayonnaise to the slicing - mix, salt and pepper if necessary. Be sure to remove the sample.
We put the salad with chicken crackers, alternating with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Serve ready-made salad to the table. Long soaking of this appetizing appetizer is not required: it is seasoned, put on a plate and you can immediately treat it.
