Pasta with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce

The classic combination of chicken with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, which is most often served with any pasta, is probably the most popular and favorite in many families. Such a dish is prepared quite simply and quickly, and is eaten with great pleasure in a matter of minutes. If you have not yet cooked pasta with chicken and mushrooms for lunch or dinner, be sure to try it, your family will certainly ask you to cook it again and again.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Champignons - 200 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Cream 15% - 200 g

Spaghetti - 120 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook:

Prepare foods on the list. Clean the mushrooms with a clean kitchen sponge. Wash the chicken fillet under running water, wipe dry with paper towels. Peel the onions, wash and dry.

Pour a little refined, odorless vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, put chopped onions into it, fry for a few minutes until transparent.

Pour fresh mushrooms cut into thin slices to the onion. Cook for a few more minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes or strips, add to the pan to the vegetables. Simmer everything together for about 5 minutes.

Now pour in a glass of medium-fat cream. Cook the cream sauce over high heat for about a minute. As soon as the cream begins to thicken slightly, immediately salt and pepper to taste, remove from heat.

And, of course, in parallel, according to the instructions, your favorite pasta should be boiled in salted water. We have it spaghetti. Throw the finished pasta in a colander.

Divide the spaghetti in portions into deep bowls, top with the fried chicken slices and mushrooms and onions, and finish with the creamy sauce and serve immediately. A delicious lunch or dinner is ready, invite your family to dine.
