This recipe will reveal the secret of how to properly fry the meat so that it turns out juicy, not dry. As vegetables, in principle, it is allowed to use any of your choice. Great: tomatoes, onions, bell peppers. Onions serve for aroma, pepper gives the meat a spicy note, and tomatoes fill it with juiciness. Carrots can be added if desired, but their presence is optional. Pieces of beef are first fried separately, and then stewed together with vegetables. Also, don't forget about spices. During stewing, soy sauce is added to the composition, which not only affects the taste of the final dish, but also makes the meat softer.

Ingredients:
Beef - 500 gr.
Tomatoes - 200 gr.
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Ground garlic - 0.5 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Parsley - 10 gr.
Hops-suneli - 1 tsp
Red pepper - 0.5 tsp
Water - 50 ml.
Salt to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Rinse the beef under running water, blot with a napkin. Next, cut a piece of meat into flat pieces of approximately the same size. Lightly beat each of them with a special kitchen hammer. To prevent the meat from sticking to the hammer during beating, wrap it in a plastic bag.
At the same time, put a frying pan on the burner, pour in 2 tablespoons of oil. After heating it, place the meat slices inside. Keep the fire at the maximum level.
Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on each side, then reduce the heat. Rub the beef with salt and pepper.
Peel the onion, cut into thin strips. If desired, you can use another method of cutting, for example, into cubes.
After stirring with a spatula, then fry the ingredients together until the onion is soft and translucent.
In parallel, prepare other necessary vegetables from the list. Divide the pepper into halves, remove the seeds, rinse the pulp, then trim into strips. Cut the tomatoes into small slices.
Put the prepared vegetables into the pan, stir.
After a few minutes, add the soy sauce and the required amount of water.
Season with ground garlic, pepper and suneli hops, add more salt if necessary. Stir the mixture, cover and simmer over low heat for another 15 minutes.
After a while, be sure to taste the meat, it should be soft and juicy. Otherwise, simmer the beef with vegetables for a while.
Cool the dish a little before serving, add chopped herbs.
