Sour cream must be chosen tasty, not liquid. Any spice is suitable for the recipe, but the addition of granulated garlic is especially important, it will give a light and pleasant aroma to both mushrooms and meat.

It is important to purchase chicken chilled, not frozen. Any part of the bird will do - wings, thighs, legs.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings - 3 pcs.

Champignons - 150 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp

Sour cream - 150 g

Water - 70 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Prepare all foods. If you use a whole chicken carcass, then cut it into portions in advance. Start from how many servings you need to make.

Peel a large onion immediately, wash and dry. Cut into small strips, cubes, or whatever you like.
