A quick pizza cooked in a skillet over a stove top fire can be classified as student or bachelor pizza. The dough is kneaded with sour cream, without yeast, from which pancakes are baked. Therefore, a laborious process is excluded - it is enough to shake up all the ingredients well and pour onto a hot surface. You do not need to sculpt, roll out the base cake for the filling.
In addition to the obligatory cheese, add any meat, sausages, seafood, vegetables, olives, pineapples, corn, whatever you like and what the bins are rich in.

Ingredients:
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
Flour - 5 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 2 g
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Sausage - 50 g
Garlic sauce - 1 tbsp l.
Ketchup - 1 tbsp l.
Sun-dried tomatoes - 30 g
Greens - for serving
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To bake yeast-free pizza in sour cream in a pan at home, take the products on the list. The baking powder can be replaced with sifted soda, with it the dough is more porous and lighter.
Beat the sour cream, olive or other refined vegetable oil, and an egg first. Pour in some salt. At will and to enhance the taste, granulated sugar is often introduced (but do not overdo it with sugar). We achieve uniformity.
First add three tablespoons of flour with a pinch of baking powder. Knead the dough in a circular motion (using a whisk or fork). Then add more flour, if required.
Leave the pizza dough uniform, lump-free, shiny and flowing. Perhaps it will take you a little more flour or, conversely, a little less.
Lightly cover the frying pan heated by that time with fat (any), pour out the dough - turn the pan and fill the bottom with it evenly.
Leave trickles of delicious ketchup sauce on top.
We fall asleep with melted cheese varieties - we spread about half of this product.
Then we distribute relatively evenly circles of sausage (ham, sausages, etc.), as well as fragments of sun-dried tomatoes.
Cover the filling with the remaining cheese: three shavings or simply break the chunks. We put the lid on and bake the pizza on low heat until tender, about 25 minutes. Let the cheese layer melt, and the cake is browned from below and dry inside.
Decorated with young spinach leaves or other fresh herbs, serve simple and tasty pizza to the table.
