Pasta with meat and vegetables

Today I propose you to cook one of my favorite dinners that many will definitely like - pasta with meat. The dish turns out to be very tasty, satisfying and nutritious. The base is pork tenderloin, diluted with a set of vegetables to your liking. I really like broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and onions.

We use durum wheat spaghetti. They are perfectly combined in taste with all components of the dish, and give an amazing result. On your own, you can use all kinds of spices and herbs.

You can serve this pasta to the table with vegetables, pickles, herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 100 g
  • Pork - 250 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Tomatoes - 100 g
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Prepare all products according to the list. Put a pot of water on the fire immediately. Bring to a boil, toss in a pinch of salt and boil the spaghetti until tender - 6-7 minutes.

Peel carrots and onions, rinse, dry. Cut into arbitrary segments.

Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences. If the cabbage is frozen, cut it into pieces. Rinse the tomatoes, dry, cut into small pieces.

Rinse the tenderloin, cut into strips.

Heat the pan, add oil. Fry the vegetable set and meat - 4-5 minutes.

Pour a little water into the meat and vegetables - a glass. Simmer all contents for half an hour over low heat.

Transfer the spaghetti to the finished meat and vegetables.

Season everything with spices, mix, warm up for a minute and serve.
