Ingredients for cooking:
Ready-made dumplings - 500 g (to me this is enough)
Onion - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Salt, ground black pepper
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons. l.
Take a pan, pour into it a little vegetable oil, spread dumplings (frozen), and fry them over medium heat, to flush (zazharistoy crust). And here already own, control the degree zazharitosti - someone like a little golden brown, for example, I prefer the more "rich" crust.
While fried dumplings, onion cleaned, cut into half rings or a quarter \ rings, and likewise chop pepper. In my case, I use the frozen peppers but tasty all the same it is with fresh pepper.
