Ingredients:

200 ml of warm water
2 hours. l. dry yeast
1 h. l. sugar dough
1 h. l. sugar for the sauce
350 gr. flour
0.5 hours. l. salt
2 tbsp. l. rastielnogo oil for the test
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for filling
400 gr. tomatoes or 150 c. tomato paste
3 garlic cloves

350 gr. mushroom
green basil
100 gr. cheese (preferably mozzarella)
1 h. l. mixture of herbs
ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. In warm water, add sugar and yeast, stir whisk and leave for 20 minutes. On the surface of the dough should form the foam.

2. Pour in the sponge flour, salt, olive oil and pour dough.

The dough must be knead for 10-15 minutes, so it is a good departure from the hands and become elastic.

3. Roll the dough into a ball, put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 45-60 minutes in a warm approach.

During this time, the dough should increase in volume by 3-4 times.
Dough can be prepared 2 pizzas.

4. Proceed to the preparation of tomato sauce.

Clear tomato from the skin, cut into small pieces.
Also finely chop the basil, garlic and onion.

5. Preheat a frying pan with oil, put the onion and garlic and fry.

Then add the basil and tomatoes. Make a medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.

The sauce should thicken. Pour the sauce sugar and salt.
