Delicious, aromatic, soft pie

Today I want to invite you to cook an airy, very tender jam pie, which is very quick and easy to prepare.
I literally mixed everything in the oven. At the same time, the pie turns out to be very tasty, aromatic, soft.
You can use any jam you like.
I will use cherry jam.

Jam pie can be made without scales, simply by measuring everything with a glass or spoon. I use a 250 ml glass
All products are at room temperature
The dough cooks very quickly, so immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees
Let's cook
- Pour 2 eggs into the bowl
- Add half a glass of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 hours tablespoons of vanilla sugar (optional)
Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Add 1 glass of jam
- Half a glass of milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Add 1 1/2 cup sifted wheat flour
- 1 full h. a spoonful of soda
Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Add 1 tbsp. spoon of 9% vinegar
Mix with a whisk until smooth.
I cook in a silicone mold, so I don't grease it with anything.
If you are not confident in your form, or willdo not cook in a silicone mold, then grease it with oil and dust it lightly with flour.
We transfer the dough into a mold and remove to bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 40-50 minutes.
My cake was baked for 45 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of your pan and on your oven.
We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. Pierce, if it comes out dry, without residues of wet dough, then the cake is ready.
Let the cake cool to room temperature and can be served.
For beauty, you can sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
The amount of sugar in a recipe can be adjusted depending on how sweet your jam is, or how sweet your cakes are.
Ingredients designed for a cake with a diameter of 19 cm, a height of 7.5 cm, weighing 870 grams.
Glass with a volume of 250 ml
2 eggs
1 st (310gram) jam
½ st (110 grams) Sahara
2 hours spoons (10 grams) vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
½ st (125 grams or ml) milk
1/3 st (70 grams) vegetable oil
1 ½ tbsp (210 grams) wheat flour
1 hour the spoon (8 grams) soda
1 tbsp. the spoon (10 grams) 9% vinegar
