If you are already tired of high-calorie mayonnaise salads, then it's time to try something new.
There are actually a lot of variations on the theme of this salad. But, I offer you my own version. True, we cook it more often in the summer, when we have our own tomatoes, from the garden.
It turns out interesting, fresh and even exquisite.
Ingredients:
200 gr. chicken fillet
150 gr. ham
250 gr. tomato
100 g croutons or croutons
1 hour l. adjiki
200 gr. yogurt or fat-free mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
vegetable oil
Cooking:
1. Wash tomatoes and cut into long cubes.
2. Cut the raw chicken file into strips and fry until tender, you can add a little chicken seasoning. Salt at the end of the frying.
3. Chop the ham and fry in a hot skillet until golden brown.
4. For the salad, you need wheat crackers or you can cut rye-wheat bread into the same strips and dry on a baking sheet at 250 degrees in the oven.
Season with salt and drizzle with a small amount of vegetable oil.
5. Lay the fried fillet in layers on a flat dish, half the tomatoes on top for juiciness.
6. The next layer is fried ham.
7. Mix mayonnaise with adjika and chopped garlic. Pour the sauce over the salad and lay out the rest of the tomatoes.
8. Place the grains on the top right before serving. And serve immediately.
Bon appetit!
