So the holidays are noisy. Salads are eaten, jellied meat and snacks, too, and now you come up to the wardrobe and understand that your eyes are looking for more free clothes, because you understand that you have failed in the fight against delicious salads, appetizers and desserts, and all this could not but affect the external form.
Therefore, today I want to offer you a light cold soup, which is very popular in Bulgaria, or maybe it came to us from there. It is prepared very simply and quickly.
To make this soup, we need:
- kefir - 600 ml.
- Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Water - 150 ml. (you can use mineral sparkling water)
- Parsley, dill - to taste
If you are going to eat this soup immediately after cooking, then use the kefir that was in the refrigerator. This soup should be cold and resemble our okroshka.
Whip kefir with butter.
Cut the cucumbers and eggs into small cubes.
Transfer the vegetables to kefir, add water.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and pressed garlic.
Season with salt to taste. That's all!
One day on such a soup and it will take up to kg of weight!)
