Today I want to share a recipe for a chocolate cake made from cookies. I saw the recipe on the Internet and decided to cook it, the result surprised me so much, the cake turned out to be soft and so delicious, I advise you to cook it too. This recipe is especially useful in that you can process cookies that need to be attached somewhere or there is a scrap of cookies.

Recipe:
Chocolate biscuits -350g.
Milk -370ml.
Baking powder -1 pack
Cooking method:
And so for cooking we take any cookies that we have at home, 350 grams, I take chocolate cookies. We also need 370 ml milk and a pack of baking powder.
Cookies need to be crushed with a blender into small crumbs so that they can be sieved.
Now add 1 pack of baking powder to the cookies, I have 12 grams in a pack.
Pour in milk and mix, the dough is ready.
We take a mold from me with a diameter of 20 cm, grease with oil and pour the dough. We put in the oven and bake until tender at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Be guided by your oven. Be sure to check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
We take out on a wire rack, let cool.
If desired, pour on top with chocolate or boiled condensed milk, for example. I melted 100 grams of milk chocolate with nuts with a little cream added to the microwave.
Pour chocolate on the cooled cake. The chocolate cake is ready, it is soft and moist inside, so it does not require impregnation.
