Ingredients:
Mackerel 2 pcs.
Onions 2 pcs.
Tomato 2 pieces.
Potatoes 1 kg
Lemon 0.5 pc.
Butter 50 g
Vegetable oil 20 g
Ginger multiple rings
Salt to taste
White pepper
Seasoning to the potatoes to taste

Take the mackerel, wash and remove the entrails and gills (head leave). Salt and pepper to taste, cut into portions. Put the fish on a baking sheet with foil on one side of the pan.

Take the onion, tomato, lemon, cut into rings. Onion rings and tomato paste between the pieces of fish. Inside mackerel put butter. Lay on top lemon rings and 3-4 slices of ginger, all the grease with vegetable oil on top. Wrap the edges of the foil, so as to obtain a side. Top cover foil is not necessary.

Prepare a garnish for fish. Potatoes are a medium-sized slice lengthwise into 4-6 pieces. Add spices to taste potatoes or white pepper, salt, and then pour the vegetable oil and mix. Instead of spice to potatoes at the end of cooking (baking), you can add crushed garlic clove.
