In this recipe, kiwi and Korean carrots add spice, and hard cheese and an apple give a delicate taste.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 250 gr.
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Korean carrots - 150 gr.
Hard cheese - 100 gr.
Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
Kiwi - 3 pcs.
Apple - 1 pc.
Step by step recipe:
We prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take an apple that is not too sour. When buying kiwi for salad, choose ripe fruit. Note, however, that a fruit that is too hard to the touch will only impart a sour taste to the dish, and that overripe will be difficult to peel and slice as it is too soft.
We wash the chicken fillet, fill it with cold water. Salt and boil from the moment of boiling for 25-30 minutes over medium heat, then remove and let cool completely. If you have time and can boil the meat in advance, then leave it to cool in the broth, so it will be more juicy.
We wash chicken eggs well, fill with cold water. Boil from the moment of boiling for 8-10 minutes. Then we immediately lower them into cold water, after cooling, we clean them from the shell.
Cut the cooled fillet into small cubes. We put an empty glass on a plate, put the first layer of salad around it - chicken meat.
Lubricate with mayonnaise - we do the same with all the following layers.
The second layer is Korean-style carrots. First, squeeze it out of excess liquid, then cut into shorter pieces.
The third layer is boiled eggs, we also cut them into small cubes.
Next, we put the apple, grated on a coarse grater. Of course, we first clean it from the peel and seeds. Let's not forget about mayonnaise.
Three hard cheese on a medium grater, distribute over the entire bracelet.
We decorate the salad with sliced kiwi at your discretion. Peel the fruit, cut into slices. For decoration, you can take whole circles or halves. Before serving, let the dish brew for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
