Ingredients:

Pork - 400 g

Potatoes - 400 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

Seasoning for meat - 1 tbsp.

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

How to cook:

To bake potatoes with meat in the oven, first prepare the necessary foods according to the list. Peel all vegetables, wash with the pork under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Any seasoning for meat will do - your favorite. Take pork pulp with small greasy layers, this will not dry out in the oven.

Cut the potatoes into quarters lengthwise and fold into a convenient large bowl.

Cut the onion into slices, add to the bowl to the potato slices.

Season vegetables with your favorite tomato sauce, seasoning, soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add a little vegetable oil. Mix everything well.

There are two ways to cook this dish. The first is to transfer everything into a deep refractory form, cover with food foil and send it to the oven in this form. The second is to put the ingredients in a baking bag, the so-called sleeve, and bake in it in the oven. I like the second option better, because you can see what happens during cooking.

We send potatoes with meat in the sleeve to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. From time to time, you can shake the bag lightly so that everything cooks evenly.

After a while, remove the form from the oven, carefully cut the sleeve. Divide the finished dish into portions and serve with homemade pickles or with fresh vegetables.
