A lot of various products are baked on the basis of cottage cheese; they are famous for their excellent taste and delicate structure. Today I want to share one of these recipes with you. Cottage cheese muffins are regular guests in our family, I often bake them for children's parties or just for family tea. And with the advent of silicone molds in the kitchen, culinary life has become much easier. After all, they are very easy to use. Such molds do not need to be greased with oil beforehand, cupcakes can be easily removed without it, leaving them completely clean.

So, I propose to get down to business.
