A simple and quick dish that any hostess can make is chicken in sour cream in a pan. Cooking is easy, just fry the pieces first, then stew in sour cream.
For a bright and aromatic result, it is important to use spices; a small amount of paprika and dry garlic are perfect here. You can use a more varied range of spices and herbs. Any parts of chicken for stewing are suitable: wings, drumsticks, fillets, legs, etc.
You can serve ready-made chicken to the table with any side dish. Porridge, vegetables, salads, pickles, etc. will do.

Ingredients:
Chicken - 300 g
Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 1 tsp
Water - 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp
Description:
Prepare all ingredients according to the list. I'll have chicken wings today.
Rinse chicken parts, dry with kitchen paper towels. If using wings, cut into portions.
Heat a frying pan, lightly grease with vegetable oil. Transfer the chicken pieces into it and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side - until lightly golden brown.
After a while, add a portion of sour cream to the pan.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, dry garlic immediately. Add any spices you wish.
Pour a little warm water into the pan, mix everything and cover with a lid. Simmer the chicken in sour cream for 15 minutes over low heat.
Serve the finished dish to the table with your loved one garnish your family.
