A simple and quick dish that any hostess can make is chicken in sour cream in a pan. Cooking is easy, just fry the pieces first, then stew in sour cream.

For a bright and aromatic result, it is important to use spices; a small amount of paprika and dry garlic are perfect here. You can use a more varied range of spices and herbs. Any parts of chicken for stewing are suitable: wings, drumsticks, fillets, legs, etc.

Chicken - 300 g

Sour cream - 4 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1 tsp

Water - 0.5 cups

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Prepare all ingredients according to the list. I'll have chicken wings today.
