After reading the admiring reviews of the happy owners of the multicooker, I decided to buy myself this wonderful thing as an assistant. In the near future I plan to try all its unique functions: oven, frying pan, bread maker, double boiler. Since I am a novice user, first of all I studied all the recommendations for operation, looked through the attached recipe catalog. The choice of the first experimental dish fell on buckwheat with meat.
I was more than satisfied with the result. The porridge is crumbly, juicy. The meat is perfectly fried, soft, not overdried. The dish is no different from the one cooked on the stove, only less fuss and no constant presence is required. I cooked, gave a signal, passed out. In general, bravo to the multicooker!

Ingredients:
Pork - 500 grams
Buckwheat - 2 cups
Water - 3 glasses
Salt - 1 tsp
Spice mix to taste
Olive oil - 20 ml.
Course of action:
Prepare the necessary food set.
Cut carrots and onions into strips.
In order for the cereal not to boil over and to be more crumbly in the finished dish, I recommend calcining it in a dry frying pan, stirring continuously. After frying buckwheat, rinse well under running water.
Cut the meat into arbitrary pieces, but not too finely. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl, lay out the pork, distributing the slices in one layer.
Install the bowl, close the lid. Select the "Fry" function in the multicooker menu. Then turn on "Start" and fry the meat for 15 minutes.
Be careful when working with the multicooker, do not open the lid, as you can get burned by the steam!
At the end of the cooking program, carefully open the lid. Put chopped vegetables, spices and salt on top of the meat.
For spices, I use bay leaf and a ready-made mixture of paprika, cayenne pepper, carrots, black pepper and garlic.
Put the washed buckwheat on top of the vegetables.
Pour in water in a ratio of 1: 1.5, that is, take 1.5 parts of liquid for 1 part of cereal.
Close the lid of the multicooker again and set the "Pilaf" program in the menu, turn on "Start".
An hour later, the program will inform you with a sound signal that the dish is ready and you can invite everyone to the table.
It turned out very tasty buckwheat with pork.
Bon Appetit!
For the first time, the kitchen assistant did not disappoint me at all and even surprised me with the result. I was pleased with the "Delayed start" function. Such a miracle technique is an indispensable thing for a young housewife, a busy student, a working mother. Even a child can cook in it, of course, observing safety rules.
