Two ways to make even cheap coffee (and sugar free!) Delicious

Almost everyone loves coffee. And delicious coffee is almost everything and another 46 percent on top. You can argue about the taste of coffee until you turn blue, and coffee - if you wish - becomes a marker of belonging to the gourmet caste.

As if in passing thrown phrase:

-I drink only natural, specially selected blend and roasted to order, such you can buy in only one store by pre-order, - adds +100500 to the skill of significance in its own eyes.

But today I will not talk about such nuances. I'm talking about the proletarian, accessible to almost everyone (think, there are those who cannot afford coffee from a chain store), coffee, and how to diversify it.

About the fact that if you add a pinch of salt to coffee during brewing, then its taste will be much more interesting, I think everyone knows, right? If not all, then I will remain the captain of the obvious: sodium ions enhance the aroma of coffee and remove excess bitterness.

Therefore, for coffee of budget blends, in which Robusta predominates, and which are roasted in industrial volumes, salt is an excellent seasoning.

But! Only in one case. If you are brewing coffee, not brewing, and if the grind is fine.

There is enough salt on the tip of a knife for a cup, and it is better to take one that is not iodized.

By the way - salt is good to use if you do not recognize sugar and its substitutes. It just balances the bitterness that is removed with sugar.

Another way to soften coffee without using sugar is with milk or cream. I think everyone knows him too.

Milk and cream (natural) by themselves contain quite a lot of sugar, and therefore neutralize the bitter taste.

There is a little trick on how to make milk or cream more sweet, that is, to trick your taste buds (or rather, the brain).

First, we heat milk or cream.

Secondly, add a couple of drops of natural vanilla essence.

If you whisk more milk, the sweetness will be more pronounced (I think, due to the saturation of the foam with air). But it is quite possible to do without whipping. Here, most likely, a gustatory mirage is at work: our brain expects the vanilla aroma to be accompanied by sweet taste, so there is enough sugar from milk or cream to make this sweetness feel.

In general, have a nice coffee!
