Ingredients:
Pork - 250 g
Pasta - 200 g
Onions - 150 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step recipe:
The choice of meat depends on your taste preferences. It can be not only pork, but also chicken, turkey, beef. Buy chilled meats.
Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. Can be bought at the market or supermarket. Choose pasta according to your taste.
First, prepare the pasta. Dip them in boiling salted water, stir and bring to a boil. Cook for 7-10 minutes until tender. The cooking time is in most cases indicated on the package. Throw the soft macaroons in a colander and rinse with hot water.
Beat eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream. Shake with a fork until smooth.
Grind hard cheese on a medium grater. Set some shavings aside. Add the rest of the cheese to the sour cream and egg mass. Stir.
Rinse the meat well and pat dry with a napkin. Cut into thin strips.
Heat oil in a skillet. Add chopped pork. Fry over medium heat until color changes. Stir with a spatula for an even roast.
Peel and rinse the onion. Dry with a napkin. Cut into thin quarters into rings. Add to meat. Stir. Cook for 5-7 minutes until onions are tender.
Add fried meat and onions to the pasta. Stir.
Pour in the sour cream filling. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Stir again.
Sprinkle with oil on a deep baking dish. Lay out the pasta. Smooth with a spatula and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the dish for 20-25 minutes.
Oven baked pasta and pork are ready.
Serve directly to the table.
