Without leaving home, we will arrange an impromptu "fishing" - we will prepare delicious fish soup from canned saury for dinner. The fish can be different, in oil or in its own juice. Lightweight, at the same time fragrant and appetizing soup will appeal to both children and adults.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 3 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Saury (canned food) - 1 b.

Water - 1.5 l

Garlic - 1 tooth

Celery root - 30 g

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 20 ml

Greens - for serving

To cook canned saury fish soup, take the foods listed. Roots such as parsley, celery, parsnips - of your choice. With them, any broth is filled with a deliciously spicy aroma and becomes more intense. Do not forget about traditional additives: bay leaves, hot peppers, potatoes, carrots with onions and fresh herbs. All products are ordinary, everyday products.

Bring water to an active boil over the top heat of the stove. In the meantime, wash, peel and chop vegetables. Cut the potato tubers coarsely, for example, in halves.

After boiling, dip the potato slices along with laurel, hot peppercorns and a piece of root celery into the water.

To give our ear the taste of food from a fire, with an alluring smoke, charcoal the onion and garlic in a hot frying pan. Chop the onion arbitrarily, do not chop it. Maintain a high temperature and let the slices become covered with a dark crust. Then we transfer to a saucepan.

Immediately into boiling water to the rest of the vegetables, load carrot bars and a couple of branches of dill and parsley.

Boil again, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes. We pierce hard roots, check for softness.

Knead saury from a tin can together with brine oil. We leave partly the fish in whole pieces.

Add canned saury to the vegetable broth, salt (if necessary, add a little vegetable oil). Let it boil again, be sure to try it - adjust the dosage of spices to your liking. We remove the simple ear from the stove.

The only thing left is to throw in fresh herbs. Chop with a knife or simply tear clean branches of dill with parsley or other juicy and fragrant greens with our hands.
