Pickled tomatoes with onions for the winter is a preparation that does not require serious skills and efforts. Its preparation does not take much time, but throughout the year it will delight you with its wonderful taste.

Onions are the most common companion for tomatoes harvested for the winter. The spicy onion enriches their taste, revealing it to the fullest. At the same time, both vegetables are soaked in a fragrant marinade. To make the tomatoes better saturated with them, cut them into slices and layer them with onion slices. Selected tomatoes and neat onion strips look very nice in a jar.
