I discovered a new way of salted herring. Now I salt in soy sauce

Recently I learned a new way of salting herring. It turns out that it is possible to add salt in soy sauce. I decided to try it and now tell you what came out of it.

Preparation:

We will need the frozen herring. Fish is thawed at room temperature, eviscerated, cut off the tail and head. Then do as you prefer: either simply cut into pieces or remove the skin, cut into fillets and then sliced.

The thickness of the slices of about 1.5-2 cm. Fish piled in a glass dish, I take an ordinary bank. Optionally, pieces of herring can be shifted onion rings, and add a few peas black pepper.

Now pour the soy sauce herring. Sauce should be so much that it completely covered the fish, so that the sauce does not regret.

Please note: no need to add salt! Soy sauce itself is quite salty. Contained in a sauce of salt is enough to prosolilas herring, so what about the salt may not have to worry.

Bank to close the lid and put them in the refrigerator for about 8-10 hours, you can leave at night. After this time, you can try herring. The taste will be salted.

If you want to be more salt herring, hold it a little more sauce. When you are satisfied with the taste of herring is taken out of the sauce, blotted with a paper towel, sprinkle with oil and enjoy.
