Minced meat - 500 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Cream 10% - 180 ml
Flour - 40 g
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Garlic - 1 tooth
Salt, hot pepper, thyme - to taste

For delicious meatballs in a creamy sauce in the oven, use the foods listed. Do not replace cream with milk - it is they that give tenderness, creamy softness and especially "appetizing note". This gravy is combined with pasta, mashed potatoes, various cereals.
Minced meat can be different. Only pork, beef, turkey, other meat or mixed - you decide. Sometimes they add flour, bread, onions, garlic, eggs, whatever is suitable for cutlets and meatballs. I recommend leaving the minced meat one hundred percent and not adding anything additional to the mass.
So, season the chopped meat with salt and ground hot pepper. Stir and beat off a little, thereby increasing the plasticity of the fibers - in this case, the balls will not fall apart.
With slightly damp hands, we form round blanks of the same size, sprinkle each with a layer of flour.
In a hot frying pan with the addition of lean refined oil, fry the garlic and onions first. After a couple of minutes, put in the carrots. Chop or grate vegetables in a way that works for you. Throw in thyme for a spicy smell.
Pour cream into the vegetable sauté. Salt, pepper and boil. We immediately remove from the upper fire.
We put the meatballs in a refractory form, fill them with hot creamy sauce with vegetables and send them under a lid or foil with the oven preheated by that time. Simmer at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
