I offer quick and easy-to-prepare baked goods for tea drinking. Sour cream dough goes well with apple filling. Charlotte with semolina turns out to be a looser consistency than when using flour alone. Apples give baked goods a special zest and charm and, of course, make them easier to digest and healthier.
This cake can be served for breakfast or a snack, and is easy to take with you to work.
Ingredients:
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Semolina - 0.5 tbsp.
- Flour - 0.5 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 0.5 tbsp.
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Mold oil - 3 g
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Prepare the required amount of ingredients from the list.
Take a deep bowl and break the washed eggs into it. Add sugar, a pinch of salt and beat well with a whisk or mixer to create a light foam.
Add sour cream. Add semolina. Followed by flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough with a spatula or whisk until smooth. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the apple filling: peel the apples and seed pods, cut into wedges.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle the sides with semolina. Place a layer of apples with minimal gaps.
Pour the settled dough on top. Place the dish in an oven heated to a standard temperature (180 degrees) for 30-35 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
Let the cake stand and cool slightly, then remove it using a suitable, comfortable spatula.
Use a sharp knife to cut the baked apple charlotte into portions.
You can lightly snow this fragrant cake with powdered sugar, it will look lighter and more appetizing.
Enjoy your time at the tea table!
