Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 310 gr.
Butter - 40 gr.
Milk - 160 ml.
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Filling:
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Minced meat - 300 gr.
Onions - 1 pc.
How to cook:
To bake a mince and potato pie in the oven, prepare the food listed for the recipe.
Heat the milk, add dry yeast and 1 tsp. Sahara. Stir well, set aside for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter in a microwave oven or water bath until liquid. After a while, pour the melted butter into the milk, add the rest of the sugar and a little salt. Stir.
Then add flour to the main composition. Stir until the dough is thick. Then remember it with your hands.
Cover the dough with a towel, let it stand for 1 hour.
In the meantime, start making the filling. Remove the husk from the onion head, beat the vegetable itself with a blender and combine with the minced meat. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and stir.
After an hour, the dough will double.
Divide it into two parts: one should be larger than the other. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cover the form with parchment. Place a piece of dough inside, which is larger, forming a basket for the filling.
Cut the top layer off the potatoes. Chop the peeled tubers into thin slices. Place the potato slices on the dough, salt.
Then cover it with minced meat, flatten.
Place the rolled second piece of dough on top of the filling. Make a hole in the middle for the steam to escape. Brush the surface of the pie with egg yolk.
Place the mold in a preheated oven. Bake the pie for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. The exact cooking time can be determined by looking at the well-browned surface.
Allow the pie to cool slightly before cutting into portions.
