Pickled tomatoes with basil for the winter is a rather original and tasty preparation, which will come in handy in the cold season. The combination of ingredients is amazing, and if you accept this taste in the fresh version, such a roll is for you.
For the recipe, it is better to choose small tomatoes, larger ones can be cut in half or into slices. Let's make the marinade sweet and sour. Garlic and onions will add a bright touch to the cut.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 300-400 g
Water - 300 ml
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
Peppercorns - 4 pcs.
Green basil - 3-4 leaves
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Parsley - 2 sprigs
Description:
Prepare food and a 0.5 liter jar. Wash the container thoroughly, then sterilize it in the microwave (you can over steam or in the oven). Throw the lid in boiling water, boil for 10 minutes.
Look for tomatoes to be whole and flawless. Then wash them and dry them slightly.
At the bottom of the jar, place greens, a basil leaf, a little chopped onion and a clove of garlic.
Place the tomatoes in a jar, sandwich them with basil leaves. Shake the container a couple of times.
Prepare the marinade. For 300 ml of pure water, take sugar and salt in the same proportion - a teaspoon each. Boil for a minute, add vinegar, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Pour the hot marinade into the jar to the tomatoes.
The workpiece must be sterilized 15 minutes from the moment the water boils in the pan. After a while, carefully remove the jar from boiling water and immediately roll it up.
It remains to cool the seaming in a slow way - put it upside down and cover with a blanket.
After a day, the glass and tomatoes will cool down, and then you can put the jar into the cellar.
Serve these tomatoes to the table with any side dishes and main courses.
