It's easy to prepare a simple and tasty salad with a minimum of ingredients! Today I offer you a salad with squid and egg for lunch / dinner. It can be made with different dressings, in our version we use homemade mayonnaise, but you can mix thick yogurt and a little garlic for piquancy. Such a salad is also suitable for a festive table, for sure among your guests there are lovers of seafood and simple combinations. Ingredients:

Squid s / m - 1 pc.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 1-2 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all foods. We use frozen squid. If you have homemade cucumbers available, be sure to test them for bitterness.

Boil the eggs the day before. Remember, this takes 10 minutes.

Wash cucumbers well, dry, trim off the ends on both sides. If you wish, you can remove the skin with a vegetable peeler. Next, cut the cucumbers into bars or cubes - as you like.

Peel boiled eggs, cut into small cubes. Then add them to the cucumbers.

Bring clean water to a boil on the stove, dip the squid into it. Boil for a few minutes. Then put it in cold water for the same time. After that, you need to cut the squid into strips and add to the container to the rest of the products.

Season the salad with homemade mayonnaise or any dressing of your choice. Stir all ingredients, remove sample. You can adjust the taste with spices.

Arrange the prepared salad on plates. It can be served with rice, potatoes or any otherĀ garnish. To decorate the salad, sprinkle it with fragrant fresh herbs and / or a little sesame seeds.
