Getting a child to eat in the garden is not an easy task. But there are several dishes that will appeal to even the most capricious children.
Lump-Free Semolina Recipe
Homemade milk is best used - it is fatty, and the porridge will be much tastier. If you are using a purchased item, take something that has a fat content of at least 2.5%.
For cooking you need:
- 3 tbsp decoys;
- 0.4 liters of milk;
- 30 g butter;
- two tablespoons of sugar;
- a pinch of salt.
Cooking is simple:
- Boil milk, add semolina, stirring it constantly, so that there are no lumps.
- Add the butter, the rest of the ingredients, mix everything thoroughly with a whisk, turn off the stove and leave for 5-7 minutes to thicken the porridge and soak in a pleasant creamy taste.
- Pour it into plates and serve.
Moreover, semolina is combined with jam, berries, sour cream, chopped fruits. And from drinks it is best complemented by cocoa or hot chocolate.
Rose buns
Great option for breakfast.
For cooking you need:
- 100 ml cream;
- two eggs;
- 0.5 tablespoon of saffron;
- 50 g butter;
- 3-5 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0.5 tsp salt;
- 0.5 kg of wheat flour;
- 1 g of dry yeast and vanillin.
It's easy to cook them:
- Heat the cream, pour it over the butter, dissolve the salt, sugar and spices, beat with a whisk. When the mass has cooled, add dry yeast, eggs, mix thoroughly again.
- Add flour for a smooth dough, roll it out, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 2 hours, then cut into pieces.
- Lay out circles of dough, 5 pieces each overlapping, press down at the joints, roll up and cut so that you get pieces that resemble rosebuds.
- Put the blanks on a baking sheet, covering it with parchment, leave again for half an hour, covered with cling film.
- Bake for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
Steamed omelet
The main advantage of this recipe is the absence of frying, oil, flavor enhancers, which means it is a great option for a child.
Only 3 ingredients are needed for cooking:
- 50 ml of milk;
- two eggs;
- a pinch of salt.
Step by step cooking:
- Whisk the eggs into a deep bowl, add milk, stir with a whisk and sprinkle with salt.
- Pour the resulting composition into a ceramic plate.
- Pour water into a larger pot, bring to a boil, build a water bath.
- Transfer the container with the omelet to the mold, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cottage cheese pancakes with raisins
An excellent breakfast option not only for children, but also for adults. This is an affordable dish that is prepared quickly and easily, and the resulting cheesecakes are always tasty and nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of cottage cheese;
- 50 g raisins;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1.5 tbsp semolina;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar and vegetable oil;
- breadcrumbs.
Preparation:
- Take a deep container, put cottage cheese, salt, chicken egg, vanilla sugar in it.
- Separately soak the raisins in boiling water, dry for 10 minutes and add to the curd.
- Sprinkle with semolina on top, mix thoroughly and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
- Form tortillas from the mass, bread in breadcrumbs.
- Fry on each side until golden brown
You can serve them with sour cream, your favorite jam, boiled condensed milk.
