Cooking is very simple and fast enough, not counting the preparation time. Ingredients:

Eggplant - 500 g

Minced pork and beef - 300 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Tomatoes - 300 g

Hard cheese - 100 g

Large egg - 1 pc.

Milk - 180 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Lean oil - for frying

How to cook:

Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onions, wash together with tomatoes and eggplants under running water. Dry.

In a minimum amount of refined vegetable oil, fry the sliced ​​eggplants for a couple of minutes on each side. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Add salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well.

There is one important point about minced meat. You must be absolutely sure of its quality and the manufacturer that it is not diluted with water. If the minced meat is watery, it is better to fry it for a couple of minutes, otherwise, during baking, it will let out juice and the cooking time may increase to 1.5 hours, or even longer.

In the oil remaining after the eggplant, fry the onion, chopped into half rings, until transparent.

Place a layer of fried eggplants on the bottom of the baking dish, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
