After festive feasts, the next day you want a warm and light soup. Tomato lovers will find recognizable combinations in it, as it is built from a classic recipe that sounds new.
Ingredients: water, tomato paste, medium potatoes, onion, large carrots, tomatoes, garlic, salt, dill, favorite spices (I have Italian herbs), sauerkraut
Cooking method:
Pour water into the pan, throw sauerkraut.
Carelessly chop the onion, garlic cloves, potatoes, carrots.
Tomatoes are peeled, also carelessly cut.
All vegetables should be put in a saucepan and boiled until boiled, add salt and spices.
We also add tomato paste, here you need to taste it - I have a little more than 120 grams, if you overdo it, the soup will be bitter.
Next, the most interesting stage begins, remove the pan from the heat, break through all the vegetables with a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes. We put it back on the fire.
And at this moment, with the final chord, add finely chopped dill and your favorite vegetables. In my experience, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts work best. Cook until the vegetables are fully cooked.
The soup is ready! With a spoonful of yogurt or sour cream, a very healthy combination.
