Potato casserole with minced meat

Ingredients: Potatoes, Ground Beef, Eggs, Onions, Salt, Dried Basil, Garlic, Filling:, Soft Processed Cheese, Egg, Mushroom Sauce

Cooking method:

Minced meat, without defrosting, put in a pan with heated vegetable oil, add finely chopped onion, garlic, spices to taste (I have dried basil). Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the minced meat changes color. Now it can be easily mashed with a fork. Mix and simmer until done.

Peel potatoes and boil until tender in salted water. Drain part of the broth, add eggs to the slightly cooled potatoes and mix thoroughly. You can also add your favorite spices to potatoes.

Put half the potatoes in a greased form, flatten. Put the minced meat on the potatoes, the remaining potatoes on top, smooth.

Mix the cheese with the egg, then add the mushroom sauce and mix again.

Pour the sauce over the potatoes and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes (so that the top layer grabs). 5 - 10 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the casserole with fresh herbs.
