Cooking method:
Wash the drumsticks well, put them in a large container, add rosemary chicken seasoning, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, I put it in the refrigerator overnight with a lid.
Transfer the drumsticks to a saucepan, pour cold water to cover the meat. Boil ~ 30 minutes until tender with the addition of salt, peppercorns and bay leaf. Remove the meat, let cool, strain the broth.
Separate the meat from the bones with a fork, disassemble into medium pieces. Put in a small saucepan, pour the broth and put on fire.
Make a frying of onions and carrots in vegetable oil, at the end add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, a little boiling water, mix well so that there are no lumps.
Put the roast with flour in a pan with meat, mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes - chicken goulash is ready!
