Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
Pork - 300 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Champignons - 250 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Spices for meat - to taste
Description:
Prepare all foods. Choose homemade, fresh meat.
Peel and wash the potatoes and dry them. Cut the tubers into fairly large pieces.
Peel and rinse carrots and onions. Dice the onion. Grind the carrots.
Rinse the pork, dry it. Then cut the pulp into medium-sized pieces.
If desired, peel the mushroom caps. Coarsely chop the mushrooms.
Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put potatoes and vegetables, meat and mushrooms into it. Fry all ingredients on a moderate hotplate for 25-30 minutes. At the end of cooking, season everything with salt and pepper, add spices for the meat.
Serve roast with pickles and greens.
