Roast pork with potatoes

Hearty, aromatic and nutritious, in the best Russian traditions - we cook roast pork with potatoes. Such a dish will certainly please the strong half, men will taste a portion or two with great pleasure, especially if served in combination with homemade cask tomatoes or cucumbers, and even add a glass ice. Believe me, no one will refuse such a meal!

Choosing a good fresh piece of meat is essential for a delicious meal. A neck or shoulder blade will do just fine. In addition to champignons, you can add other types of mushrooms, make a more varied composition of vegetables. We will cook the roast in a pan.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.

Pork - 300 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Champignons - 250 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Spices for meat - to taste

Prepare all foods. Choose homemade, fresh meat.

Peel and wash the potatoes and dry them. Cut the tubers into fairly large pieces.

Peel and rinse carrots and onions. Dice the onion. Grind the carrots.

Rinse the pork, dry it. Then cut the pulp into medium-sized pieces.

If desired, peel the mushroom caps. Coarsely chop the mushrooms.

Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put potatoes and vegetables, meat and mushrooms into it. Fry all ingredients on a moderate hotplate for 25-30 minutes. At the end of cooking, season everything with salt and pepper, add spices for the meat.

Serve roast with pickles and greens.
