If you are planning a feast, a picnic, or, simply, in your home they like meat dishes and delicious sandwiches, bake the pork pulp with a roll. Juicy meat is steamed evenly with the aroma of spices to the very middle, and after cooling it is suitable for thin slicing. But it is very tasty to eat it hot.

Ingredients:

Pork - 1000 g

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Honey - 1 tbsp. l.

Dry mustard - 1 tsp l.

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

To make a foil-wrapped pork roll, take the food listed. An important plus of this recipe is that almost any pork pulp can be rolled tightly. It is necessary to carry out a few simple manipulations before baking.

Use fresh, chilled or pre-thawed meat. Feel free to compose a list of spices as you wish.

Many people use culinary twine to pull semi-finished products, but foil is also ideal. In addition to keeping the shape of the workpiece, it also serves as a sealed vessel.

First, cut clean and dry pork and unfold it in length. Determine the thickest places, cut with a knife, but not completely, leave the base intact. The number of cuts depends on the weight / size of the meat block. Twist the pork, cut and stretch. Do not touch the fat layers, with them the roll will get juiciness and better taste.

For the tenderness of the fibers, be sure to beat off. It is not necessary to make the layer very thin, it is enough to forcefully and repeatedly knock around the entire perimeter of the "canvas".

Then sprinkle with salt, ground mustard and hot pepper. Perhaps, in addition to the obligatory salt and pepper, you will season with your favorite spices.

Roll up tightly from the side of the width of the meat piece. We press all turns.

Outside, rub the pork roll with salt, seasonings and cover with vegetable oil and liquid honey.

We wrap the semi-finished roll in several sheets of foil, tightly, without holes. Transfer to a suitable pallet and send to a pre-heated oven.

We bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees. From time to time we turn the bundle, blush for the last 10 minutes, tearing the foil.

If you plan to cut thinly, cool the baked pork roll and let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. For hot serving, bring to table immediately.
