✅👌In fact, these are large thin pancakes with juicy meat filling. After roasting, we roll them up and bake them in the oven.

Instead of ordinary cutlets and traditional potato pancakes, I prepare such a dish: it is much tastier and can be served on a festive table

For complete happiness, the pancakes can be sprinkled with grated cheese before baking - it will turn out even more appetizing!🥰

📕To make pancakes you will need: 🥙

Potatoes - 1 kg (already peeled weight)
Onions - 1 pc.
Minced meat - 600 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Wheat flour - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp l.
Sour cream - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
Salt, black pepper and other spices - to taste

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

We clean, rub my potatoes on a fine grater. If the potato mass darkens a little during the rubbing process, it's okay, this will not affect the taste and appearance of the pancakes.

Drive eggs into the grated potatoes, add a little salt and pepper.

Mix well and gradually add flour.

Stir the potato dough. It should turn out to be quite thick, and not liquid, like on classic pancakes. The mass, rather, will be similar to the "dough" for pancakes.

Pour a drop of vegetable oil into the pan and spread it with an even thin layer. Heat up and spread a couple of tablespoons of potato dough. We distribute it over the pan. We bake the pancake over low heat until golden brown.

Then we turn over and bring the second barrel to readiness.

While the pancakes are baked in turn, prepare the filling. Chop the onion finely and mix it with the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and any spices you like. I put in some dried garlic and dill - it turns out very tasty!

We mix. Since my minced meat was dry, I added another spoonful of sour cream.

Apply a thin layer of filling on the finished pancake.

And we roll it up into a tube.

Put the wrapped potato pancakes with meat in a heat-resistant form.

Grease with sour cream on top, cover the form with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

THAT'S NOT ALL!

About 10 minutes before cooking, remove the foil so that the surface of the pancakes turns brown.

We serve pancakes right after cooking. It is very difficult to convey in words how soft and juicy they are. Much tastier than traditional pancakes!
