A very simple and quick recipe. And a delicious result. You can cook for dinner and serve it to guests. Juicy, satisfying and unusual. And it doesn't take much time to cook. It takes me five to seven minutes to prepare the first portion.
HOW TO COOK:
My tomatoes and peel them. To do this, I make small cuts on top with a knife, put the tomatoes in a suitable container and pour boiling water for one or two minutes. Then I peel off the tomatoes.
I cut the tomatoes into slices about a centimeter thick. Salt. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and herbs. I have dill and cilantro, but delicious with any greens. You can take dry aromatic herbs.
Beat an egg in a bowl, add salt, spices, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and finely grated cheese. You can use only sour cream (or only mayonnaise). I have homemade mayonnaise. For several recipes and ways how I prepare it, see the video at the end of the article.
I heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. I dip each tomato circle first into flour, then into batter.
And fry on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust. I cook over high heat for about one to two minutes on each side.
You can help yourself. I really love these snacks. But when my husband said that it turned out "tastier than meat" (and he is my lover of meat dishes), I was even a little surprised.
I like this dish hot. From the frying pan - straight into the plate! But when it cools down, this appetizer is no worse.

• Tomatoes - 600 g
• Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
• Greens
• Salt
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
• Flour - 1 tbsp.
• Cheese (any) - 60-70 g
